IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

ClawBot provides a personal AI assistant mobile application that includes:

3. User Conduct

When using our application and services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the AI assistant for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent our AI systems
• Exceed usage limits or attempt to abuse the service
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

4. User Registration and Accounts

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account. You represent and warrant that all registration information will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you are not under the age of 13.

5. AI-Generated Content — Full User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely wrong
• AI-generated content is not professional advice of any kind — it does not constitute and must not be relied upon as medical, legal, financial, tax, safety, or any other professional advice
• You must independently verify all AI-generated information before making any decision or taking any action
• Automated tasks execute based on AI interpretation and may produce unexpected or incorrect results
• You are solely and fully responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on AI-generated content, guidance, recommendations, or automated outputs
• Soul AI LLC bears no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your reliance on AI-generated content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ClawBot application and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Soul AI LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of your chat messages, imported conversations, and task configurations. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our systems as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI AND AUTOMATION LIABILITY: SOUL AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate AI-generated responses, guidance, or recommendations
• Any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content or automated task outputs
• Loss or corruption of chat history, memory data, or task configurations
• Scheduled tasks that fail to execute or produce unexpected results
• Third-party AI service failures or data handling
• Any reliance you place on AI outputs without independent verification

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT. ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: SOUL AI LLC'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soul AI LLC from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these terms, or any actions taken based on AI-generated content or automated tasks.

10. Third-Party Services

ClawBot integrates with third-party services including AI providers and Firebase. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or discontinuation of third-party services.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, consistent AI response quality, or compatibility with all devices.

ClawBot may be in beta testing. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• The service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• There may be an increased risk of unintended disclosure of information due to defects or third-party dependencies
• AI responses may produce inconsistent or unexpected results
• Features and limitations may change without notice
• Data loss or service interruptions may occur

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

EEA Users: If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. Any mandatory statutory rights you have under local law remain unaffected.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any person for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

17. European Union Users

If you are an EEA consumer:

• Right of Withdrawal: For paid digital services, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By using the Service immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you waive this right once the digital content has been fully provided. Free features do not carry a withdrawal right.
• Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but you may use the platform to submit a complaint.
• Indemnification: Section 9 (Indemnification) applies only to the extent permitted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
• Liability: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by applicable law. All other liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

18. Company and Limitation of Personal Liability

ClawBot is offered by Soul AI LLC. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be brought against Soul AI LLC, and not against any of its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, or agents in their individual capacities.
